Terms and Conditions for The Fractured Portal VR Lounge Membership Program

Membership Overview

1. Membership Fee: The monthly membership fee is $100/$180/$225, payable in advance.

Membership grants 10-30 minutes session sessions 10-60 minutes sessions or unlimited access to VR booths and co-op gaming couches Monday

through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

2. Non-Transferable: Membership is personal to the member and cannot be shared or

transferred to others.

3. Age Restrictions: Members under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s

consent to join.

Usage Rules

4. Availability: Membership access is limited to Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Standard rates apply outside these hours.

5. Booking Requirements: Members are encouraged to book their sessions in advance

through our website to ensure availability.

6. Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are allowed but subject to availability during membership hours.

7. Time Limits: While there is no daily time limit, members are expected to be

considerate and allow others access during peak times.

Cancellations and Refunds

8. No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, including for periods of non-use.

9. Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be canceled anytime, but access will remain

valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Suspension or Termination: The Fractured Portal reserves the right to suspend or

terminate memberships for violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

Code of Conduct

11. Behavior: Members must treat staff, equipment, and other guests with respect. Any

damage caused to equipment due to misuse may result in charges for repair or

replacement.

12. Sanitization: Members are required to follow hygiene protocols, sanitizing equipment is

equipment after use.

13. Prohibited Activities: The use of equipment for anything other than gaming is

strictly prohibited.

Additional Perks

14. Discounts: Members receive 10% hours outside membership times.

15. Exclusive Events: Members may receive invitations to exclusive events,

tournaments, or previews.

Liability

16. Assumption of Risk: Members acknowledge that VR gaming involves physical

activity and assume all risks associated with participation.

17. Waiver: The Fractured Portal is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of

personal property during participation.

Changes to Terms

18. Modifications: The Fractured Portal VR Lounge reserves the right to modify these

terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or

in-lounge announcements.on
